ECD experience

ECasinoDeals.com

I've actually known about ECD for over a year but PSO has always been great and when I've had the time/desire to knock out a new promotion, there has always been one at PSO for me to do.

I still have Sun Poker left at PSO, but I decided to try the Dream Poker promotion at ECD for $60. I seem to have picked the wrong time or wrong promotion at ECD. I've always heard good things about them. I had no worries about being paid or anything, I already knew I could trust them. However, I did not realize how long it would take to get approved. I started my promotion on June 11. Dream Poker apparantly only sends report to ECD every 4 to 6 weeks. They got a report June 13 and I wasn't done yet! I finished a day or two later and then the long wait begins.

HELLO JULY 20! Yes earlier today I checked my CompTracker and I got my Comp Points. Now we get to see how long it takes to get my order filled. I think I'll go with a gift certificate to amazon and hope I get it quickly. Reading the forum, they've been very slow because of growing pains with some poker chip set promotions.

I pretty much have given up with Dream Poker. I deposited $300 for a $360 bonus which pays out in 25% increments. However, the bonus is based on contributed raked hands which is taking forever! I haven't even gotten my first payment yet. So I may just play a tiny bit more to get $90 but I think that's going to be it.

ECD is still realiable but just be prepared to not have the speed and customer support that PSO provides.

I did Dream Poker also, but for the Tiki Kings instead. Luckily, I finished just before the June report, and the chips were shipped very promptly. I agree that support is a bit slow, but they are growing and are currently understaffed.

As for the Dream Poker bonus, you should have switched to the ECD exclusive offer - 25% max $100, requirements of 3x in contributed raked hands at minimum $0.50/$1 tables. You were allowed to switch to this bonus if your first installment hasn't been paid, yet. Unfortunately, it is no longer offered.

I played $0.50/$1 NL exclusively, and got the $100 bonus after 300 rh, and finished the promo requirements after 390 rh. For Prima, play the Bad Beat tables - play is much softer there and well worth the extra bit of rake.

Yeah I saw that bonus in the forum but at the time I figured I'd rather get the $360 bonus, thinking it would take me 3600 raked hands which I have no problem doing on Prima. I can bang that out at 1/2 6max in a week. I had 1200 raked hands in 2 days and no clue how many of those are contributed. Oh well.

I used Poker Tracker to figure out my contributed raked hands. Just enter the date range you want, go to the game tab, get all the hands, then sort them by net loss/gain. You can then make a quick manual count of all the hands where you made a gain or loss, and that will more or less be your contributed raked hand count.

ECD does take a long time. I waited 2 months to get my poker chips from them. It was a great deal but it took awhile. I guess I'm just spoiled by PSO.
